Warranty
- The warranty provider, Norden Vision OÜ (Reg. No: 14173557), offers a sales warranty under the following terms and conditions.
- A consumer, as defined by these terms, is an individual who purchases goods not related to independent economic or professional activities.
- If a material, construction, or assembly defect appears within the warranty period, the warranty provider will repair the product free of charge.
- If the repair is unsuccessful or deemed economically unfeasible by the warranty provider, the product will be replaced free of charge.
- If repair is unsuccessful or replacement is not possible (e.g., if the product is no longer manufactured), the warranty provider will refund the purchase price.

- If a material, construction, or assembly defect arises within the warranty period, the customer must send the product to Sikupilli Prisma via courier or parcel machine, phone: +372 5552 9574.
- The warranty provider will repair the product free of charge within a reasonable time, not exceeding 60 days. The customer will be informed by phone or email when the product is repaired. The repaired product can be picked up from the same location where it was dropped off. If courier or parcel machine delivery is requested, a transport fee will apply.
- If repair is unsuccessful or deemed economically unfeasible, the warranty provider will inform the customer via phone or email and specify when the replacement product will be available. The replacement product can be collected from the same location where the original product was dropped off.
- If repair is unsuccessful, replacement is not possible, and the warranty provider decides to refund the purchase price, the customer will be informed via phone or email. The customer must provide their bank account details for the refund. The warranty provider will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the account details. Refunds to third-party accounts are only possible with the customer’s written consent.
- The warranty provider does not cover transportation costs or any losses incurred by the customer due to the inability to use the product while it is defective or being repaired. The warranty provider is not liable for lost profits under any circumstances.
