• For hygiene reasons, used or tested products cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty. Please check the product page for contraindications before making your purchase.

Return Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for returned items will be processed immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your return request. The refund will include the original shipping costs for the order.
