Returns and warranty policies for products purchased from Nordensleep.com comply with the regulations set forth by the European Union. Customers have a 14-day right of return, starting from the day they receive their order.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, used or tested products cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty. Please check the product page for contraindications before making your purchase.

Return Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for returned items will be processed immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your return request. The refund will include the original shipping costs for the order.
